1. With the engine off, plug the Range device into the OBD-II port located under the dash on the driver’s side.

2. When plugged-in, the Range device should illuminate with a blue light.

3. If the blue lights do not turn on, please check the OBD-II fuse (sometimes the same as the cigarette lighter).

4. The Range device will work whenever the vehicle is running.


Notes:


Important:If your vehicle is not a daily driver, please un-install the Range device if the vehicle will sit for more than 3-4 days.

Always remove your device before visiting your automotive dealership. The technicians at the dealership will need access to the OBD-II port in order to run diagnostics on your vehicle.
